The 30 Day Choose Courage Challenge
Before I started my business in 2015 I had a 20+ year career in HR, Coaching and Mentoring. One of my favourite parts about my job back then was helping people to be the very best they could be. Whether that was progressing in their careers or tackling a difficult situation at work. That was what I always got the most job satisfaction from.
What I found time and time again was that there was one thing holding people back from taking the actions they wanted to take in their lives. The actions they knew would take them to the next level or to reach their goals.
It wasn’t time, it wasn’t money or even know how.
It always came down to fear.
The fear of judgement, failure, success, confrontation, change, the unknown, not knowing enough, being too old, being too young, saying no, disappointing others. The list is endless.
With this in mind I wanted to create something to help you to choose courage every day in your life and business because the truth is, fear isn’t going away.
Every time you try something new or uplevel in your business you’ll feel some fear. It’s normal! The trick is to get really good at being comfortable with the uncomfortable. It’s a muscle that you can work every day to make it stronger.
So, this challenge isn’t to stop you feeling fear, it’s to help you take action despite your fears so you can grow your business and be the best you can be!
Sound good? Here’s what you need to do.
Download the 30 Day Choose Courage Challenge plan below.
Inside you’ll find a small, different task to do each day that will help you to take action in spite of your fears.
Some of the tasks you’ll find easier than others and some of them might require you to dig deep and put your big girl or boy pants on. Don’t worry! I’ve got you!
You’ll also find a 30 day planner for you to print out and keep track of your progress.
Share your progress each day on Instagram using the hashtag #choosecouragechallenge
I’d love to see pictures of your planners being filled in and the actions you’re going to take.
I can’t wait to see your journey!
